DEEP CLEAN/1ST TIME CLEANING

Our Deep Cleaning Package is the most thorough cleaning service. The most significant difference between the Deep Cleaning Package and our other cleaning packages is the amount of time and detail we spend cleaning what we refer to as your vertical surfaces. Vertical surfaces include baseboards, trim work, interior windows, blinds, exterior cabinets/drawers, light fixtures, and doors.

Bathrooms

  • Empty trash receptacles
  • Clean and sanitize toilets, toilet seats,
    showers, bathtubs, and sinks
  • Clean and polish all glassware such as mirrors and faucets
  • Dust all horizontal surfaces such as counters, towel holders, and blinds
  • Sweep and mop hard surface floors
  • Vacuum carpeted areas
  • Clean all vertical surfaces such as baseboards, trim, and molding
  • Clean inside glass of windows (if reachable)
  • Clean the outside of all cabinets & drawers

Kitchen

  • Empty trash receptacles
  • Clean and sanitize sinks
  • Clean all appliances such as outside & inside microwave, outside refrigerator, and stovetop
  • Clean all horizontal surfaces such as counters, tabletops, and tops of appliances
  • Sweep and mop hard surface floors
  • Vacuum carpeted areas
  • Clean all vertical surfaces such as baseboards, trim, blinds, cabinets, drawers, and molding

Bedrooms

  • Empty trash receptacles
  • Dust all horizontal surfaces such as counters, tabletops, and nightstands
  • Change linens when requested
  • Sweep and mop hard surface floors
  • Vacuum carpeted areas
  • Clean all vertical surfaces such as baseboards, trim, blinds, and molding
  • Clean inside glass of windows (if reachable)

Common Areas

(Living Room/Dining Room/Hallways)

  • Empty trash receptacles
  • Clean and polish all glassware such as mirrors and tabletops

  • Clean the inside and outside of any sliding glass doors and/or French doors
